Jesus as God incarnate came into the world as God the Father’s Spirit manifested in the flesh (John 4:23-24; 1 Tim. 3:16). However, the Son of God as the Son of God did not come into the world as a pre-incarnate Son. As a truly human son, Jesus came into the world just as God’s elect came into the world.
John 16:28 states that Jesus came into the world,
“I came forth from the Father and have come INTO THE WORLD; I am leaving the world again and going to the Father.”
Just as John 16:28 says that Jesus came into the world; so does 1 Timothy 6:7 say that “we brought nothing INTO THE WORLD, and we can take nothing out of it.”
The inspired wording of 1 Timothy 6:7 states that “we BROUGHT NOTHING INTO THE WORLD,” is the same thing as Jesus saying, “I … have COME INTO THE WORLD.” Just as Jesus came “INTO THE WORLD” - so God’s elect came “INTO THE WORLD.” Since God’s elect did not literally pre-exist in heaven before coming “INTO THE WORLD,” so Jesus did not literally exist as a Son before he came “INTO THE WORLD.” Therefore, it is clear that those who were predestined in God’s preconception came into the world from the Father because God “FOREKNEW” His elect in heaven before they actually came into the world (Ephesians 1:4-5; Romans 8:29).
1 Peter 1:20 states that Christ was “Foreknown (proginosko) before the creation of the world” just as God’s elect were also foreknown “before the creation of the world” in Ephesians 1:4. “He chose us in him (Christ) before the creation of the world (Ephesians 1:4).”
Romans 8:29-30 says, “Those whom He FOREKNEW (proginosko), He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.”
The words “firstborn among many brethren,” implies that Jesus was firstborn before others were born in the mind and plan of God the Father before the physical world was actually created. Jesus was “the firstborn among many brethren” in God’s mind and plan before the creation of the world. This means that God’s elect were already born in heaven after the firstborn because God “foreknew” His elect within His own preconceived mind and plan.
